What to test

1 · Get a quote

  1. Click Get an insurance quote → choose Texas.
  2. Answer a few quick details: name, phone, email, ZIP, date of birth, address (each asked once).
  3. Max shows three coverage options → pick one (e.g. full coverage).
  4. Give your vehicle — year, make, model (e.g. 2020 Ford Escape). No VIN needed.
  5. Real carrier rates appear, one per line → then buy online (clickable links) or connect me with a specialist.

Max automatically checks for an existing A-MAX record from the details you enter — no policy number needed. (This existing-customer MDM lookup is being finalised on the insurance-system side; until it's live, quotes run as new-customer.)

2 · If Max gets stuck, or you change your mind

  1. If Max can't understand you twice in a row, it automatically connects you to a live agent — no dead-end loops.
  2. Type restart (or start over) at any time to jump back to the main menu.

3 · FAQ & language

  1. Click Browse FAQ / Privacy, or just type a question like what does liability cover?
